Sup fellas
Diet going great, huger is very high right now for whatever reason. Feel good. Training is probably the best ever. Ive dont think Ive ever been so connected and intense, stregnth is at all time high in most lifts. Training is probably going so good becuase of work being so stressful lol.
Im litteraly in meetings and someone will piss me off and I sit there calmly thinking I will rip your fucking head off bitch! lol And then I go to the gym lol
5 guys last night, havent gone in a bit. 3 doubles, 2 lrg frys and a few sprites went home and had some krusteaz pancakes with Aunt Jermima syrup. I stopped after I think 4 plates sized I didnt want to get to bloated. I was fine after though. This was after doing legs which is a high carb day and had about 500 to that point.
Needless to say this morning training was fucking insane i could tell as soon as I walked in the gym.
Hey guys what bodypart are we training I want to adjust this week so I dont do it the day before lol

My bench also really sucks and it's ok because Sean can't dead lift anyway.

Hey how had the weather been? It's been hot as hell out here this last week.
I'm doing my heavy back workout Tuesday. And legs Thursday. So it's either chest and other stuff or back and other stuff for me.

This is our cheap place actually, any decent restuarant for my wife,son and my couple of entree's are usually $100
money is no object when it comes to hunger for me, I would spend my last dollar to be full!!!
