    I still say arms would be the least risk for injury, you know damm well if we are doing some type of heavier movements we would all kick it up a notch and i would be crippled!

    Do you guys one to go to a more commercial type gym like LVAC which has a bit more equipment or my Golds a little more basic but we could yell and scream!
