leg ext. 4 sets of 10

calf press 5 sets of 12 with partials
calf raise 4 sets of 10

very strong good workout today I was just pissed at some things and brought it to the gym. i always have the best most intense workouts that way. O got to see Larissa Ries train right next to me she has good amount of muscle on her.
back/abbs
low pulley row 4 sets up too 300x7
DB dead stop rows 5 sets up too 150s x8
db pullover 4 sets up to 85x12 nice and slow
bb shrug 4 sets with long squeezes 65x10
hyper machine 4 sets of 15-20

2nd leg day hit some PRs
I was real into it and strong
lying leg curls 5 sets of 10 w/ patials
one leg lunge on smith 5 sets up too 275x10 PR
DB stiff leg dead 6 sets up to 145sx8 3 sec neg
glute hypers 2 sets of 15
calf press machine 4 sets of 12
