shity day in work yesterday had to lay off 10 guys then after hearing of the layoff 2 guys left to another company but it was too late to bring back 2 guys.
unfortunatly it is what it is.
bis/tris/abbs
pushdowns ss with db curls up too 55sx9 4 sets
dips ss with bb curl 4 sets
incline bb skulls up to 165x12 ss w/ reverse curls 4 sets

yea man it is the worst part about my job especially if I know there home life, if their wives dont work, how many kids they have etc.... it sucks

im finding myself becoming a stim jumky quickly and nothing works but way to hard to stop lol
big coffee in the am then a monster rehab at about 9am then another monster or a coffee or a pre workout mix before training. And im still yawning while training some days lol
calves/hams/quad/abbs
calf press 6 sets of 15
seated calf raise 6 sets of 15
one leg standing curl 3 sets 15
stepups 3 sets of 10
one leg leg press 5 sets up too 4ppsx15 reps. i felt very strong today probably could have added another plate but I feel with one leg if its gets to heavy can hurt the back easy

felt pretty strong today got decent sleep up at 330 ready to go
chest/delt/abbs
flat db 4 sets up to 120sx10
incline bb 5 sets up to 255x6 tried 265 only got a couple
incline dbs 4 sets up too 100s x10
streth presses on hs dip 3 sets of 12
seated db latterals 3 sets of 8
machine press one big set with squeezes and partials
rear cable crossover 3 sets of 15

weight was pushing 230 last night but I had 2 cheats yesterday
5 guys and then later smashburger I love both lol
We have decided on the Nov 7 of this year show I will start prep 20 weeks out wich puts me in the end of June which I think is perfect. the summer is so hot here i would loose weight while trying to put on in the offseason. Should equal more calories.
Im actually getting excited for it although i still have some more offseson to go Im not crazy about the fluff im in right now although it is nessasary for my body to put on needed size I think next year after a good rebound ill go over with the coach and maybe keep it a little tighter.

i havent tried the monster zero yet i always get the rehab ice tea and somw stores have peach which taste like snapples I used to have when i was younger

legs things felt real heavy in the begining but after 4 weeks of no bb squats im suprised i did what i did today it might have been a rep pr
standing leg curls 4 sets of 10
bb squats up to 365x11
leg press 30 20 20 reps up to 5pps
db lunge 3 sets of 12
bb stiff leg dead 225 x10 x 4 sets
calf press 4sets of 10
