I have to be close Bob what's 3 double bacon cheesburgers a large and small fry from 5 guys close to 3000 maybe? I do that twice a week along with another local burger place similar size meals
and this is in addition to another 5 clean meals 8-10 oz cooked meat with 10g fat the carbs vary could be another 300 some days none.
if I don't have that cheat and have all clean meals I loose an avg of 2 lb daily
I hope this translates well to my next prepLast edited by RichDC2; 07-17-2016 at 04:35 PM.

Each bacon Cheeseburger is 920 kcals (x3) around 2760
One Large fry = 1,310 Kcals
One Small Fry = 530 kcals
Going off the 5 guys website thats 4,600 kcals.
That is almost what I eat in 3 days!Last edited by The Solution; 07-17-2016 at 08:30 PM.

I guess these calories are helping strength a bit was able to hit 405 for 12 or 10 and 8 plates for 25 on a leg press right after all slow and controlled reps. I don't think it's good idea going that heavy on squats for me to much risk.
got 455 for a bunch of reps before slipping on racks
275 for I think 4 on a smith shoulder press
315 on a flat for 9
275 on incline for 9 or 8
i can't bring myself to 1 rep maxes way to much risk for me but I'd like to get these weights to higher rep ranges before the end of the year before going upLast edited by RichDC2; 07-21-2016 at 09:17 AM.
