Rich looked great. But honestly, he was up against some serious competion. Even in the novice class!

I had him in third there but he may end up in 4th.


Gonna finish out of the money in the open though.
But that's more of a testament to the quality of guys in his class than a neg. on him.

Yea it was pretty fun like I've said before I don't care about the placings at all I'm here I look great I feel good Shelby made this prep and this peak week pretty easy considering my condition and some of the horror stories I heard talking to guys backstage
I was not nervous at all I know my posing was far better than I had dreamed of myself and I think a lot better than most I seen there. It was pretty damm cool
got to talk with Jay a bit and take some pics with my son he is cool as shit
resting up now I'm pretty tired still hungry but more thirsty!
There is 400 competitions here, heading off to the finals to have more fun in front of my family my condition seems to be improving as I rest, I'll post more after I take my sandow home!'
