Let's see I had breakfast, ate twice at expo, ate when I got home then ate on way home from pre judging
Only reason we ate real food at expo is because one of Jay's sponsors brings it to us every year
Kinda like having a home field advantage

So I was a few min late, the 5 guys i had last night decided it needed to come out last min!

Training was awesome! Guys are great, really really good dudes. I am glad we all met up. And everyone is way bigger in person Sean and Greg are tanks and Ian makes us all look small!

We had a good intense workout moved quick through everything and all of us put out hard.
I do believe Sean was holding back on the weights to not make us feel so week. Thanks Sean!!
Greg has a cool pic and I believe Ian was taking some during the workout.

Its awesome to meet really good people who share the Iron

I do love in n out but the next day it doesn't love me! I guess the oils they use don't agree with me, 5 guys peanut oil doesn't give me any issues, well at least no painful chrons issues

Yeah I think in n out uses vegetable oil.. Idk they lost it all on the website.
