Morning Weight 187.8
Tried M4's PG Dbol prewo today 10 mg dissolved under tongue an hour before. Felt pumps for sure. Sleep was good nutrition has been perfect. I'am also begining to switch from cyp to prop.
Dropped the OstaRx as I don't feel the need with the oils. Went to a different gym today really felt the contractions on all exercises. Being out of work is starting to really suck. Getting bored somedays and the food bills are'nt getting any cheaper.
Libido is down a liitle although my last bood work the other days showed a 186 total T and thats with 100mg of pharma cyp I guess Dr. has to raise it. Training is ok but stegnth is slipping a little. I'am still dropping weight.

Damn... that is one hell of a long workout, how long were u at it? I don't think I ever get in that many sets, maybe in a blue moon on the weekends. Good work man!
I haven't tried Superior Hardcore Peps for anything yet, been using the other one on the boards. Maybe I'll give em' a shot next time I need something for research...and use your code.

You know I'm noticing that my recovery is getting better and better. I'am sure this is due to my nutrition plus I'm able to rest afterword. I felt good today had energy so I just kept going, it just happens like that sometimes.
I don't rest long between sets 1 min max on the heavy stuff but mostly under 30 seconds I hate waiting around lol.

If you can, why not throw in some igf-1 or gh. It'll helps a ton with injury prevention. Plus long term hyperplasia!

5/17/13 Friday
Morning Weight 185.6 New Low
30 min fasted AM cardio
No weight training.
Yesterday's workout kicked my ass, I felt worn when I woke this morning and tired all day I guess its too much volume for my calorie intake right now, lesson learned.
I start my 6 week blast today should be fun. I swear I'am feeling better already!
Got to spend some time shopping with my wife today. My European Vacation is becoming more of a deal than I thought. Got a get a new suit too. Luckily I am closer to the smaller cut of suit they make and maybe I could find something without tailoring, doubt it though.Stop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log
