15 weeks out. 179 pounds this morning. Starting to look lean and mean.
I've just switched my cardio to mornings and my lifting to evenings, to accommodate working out with my son Eliot (19) who is home from college for the summer. It'll be interesting to see how I do with a good spotter on some of the lifts.

You looked pretty lean at 19 weeks out, you can end up super shredded. Nice going!

This afternoon is my work organization's annual picnic. So, I get to go sleeveless and show off some of my hard work.
And see a look of dismay on the loudmouth supervisor down the cubicle row from me who is always bragging about being so hardcore in the gym. We shall see who is hardcore.

13 weeks out today.
I hope to post pics tonight. They should be significantly leaner than the last batch I posted. I hope, anyway!

Weighing in at 174 pounds this morning. Possibly just a tad dehydrated. Cardio this morning, then back/biceps with my son later in the day. I really missed having a training partner. It's cool that my son is willing to train with me.

Thanks. I have my birthday tomorrow and a high school reunion 2 weeks after that, so all my cheat meals are kind of pre-programmed here for a while.
Still going through the usual mental games of thinking I'm losing all my muscle along with the fat. I feel small, and I won't listen to any denials by others, at least not from my non-bodybuilding friends. LOL

Progress pics from last night - 11 Weeks out from the NPC Great Lakes Ironman
I haven't done a side-by-side comparison yet with the pics from 2 weeks ago. But I did look at these new pics vs my 2010 pics from 9 weeks out, and they are comparable in terms of conditioning.
So, I think I'm on track.

New York vacation.
I got sidetracked for 5 days to attend my high school reunion on Long Island. My cardio suffered a bit, and I took in more carbs and fat than usual. So, I have about 9.5 weeks left to put everything in order.
On the good side, I did get to train legs at the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym in Syosset!
