5 Weeks Out - Update
I've been feeling stalled out in my training lately.
No, scratch that. I'm just flipping tired of all this cardio, and what seems stalled out has been my body fat reduction.
Cardio is a chore, but every weight workout is thrilling. I set two PRs on my last chest/shoulders/triceps workout, and was surprised to do that at this bodyweight.
As I say, I was feeling stalled out in my progress, but the mirror today surprised and delighted me. My loose belly skin is FINALLY tightening up. I needed that!
This morning's weight was 173 pounds. Off to train legs.

My Last 5 Years in Bodybuilding
I made these comparison photos, taken about 4 to 5 weeks out from my 2008 NPC contest, along with 5 weeks out status from this year's contest.
Weight on the left was around 156 pounds. On the right, 172 pounds.
So, I've put about 15 pounds of muscle on my frame in the 5-year period.
