STAY STRONG!!! Go after what you DESIRE! I am DETERMINED to be better than I was a year ago.
I am DETERMINED to be the BEST me. I AM going to TRANSFORM myself into a NEWER, BETTER me. I started this
transformation May 27, 2K13. I am EXCITED to see the new "ME" May 27, 2K14. Nothing will stop me
from REACHING my GOALS.
For me, it is not just a Physical transformation, it is PSYCHOLOGICAL, too.
I constantly remind myself what I must do to ACHIEVE success. Forgoing a couple 100 calories/day, missing a few episodes of a popular TV show, missing a social event, is more important than staying the SAME or COMMON. I
will do whatever it takes to separate myself from the norm.
I CAN!!

Happy Holidays!!!! Wishing all and their families a happy and safe Holiday season!!!
I have not been posting as frequently, but that does not mean that I have not been FOCUSED on attaining all of my goals. Exercising SELF-CONTROL through the holiday is going to be key to pushing through the entire season. I am EXCITED. Always ready to KICK ASS.
Regularly posting through the holiday season will be an ACCOUNTABILITY strategy I will implement.

WWWOOOWWW!!!! This holiday season seems to be flying by. It definitely feels as if Thanksgiving was just yesterday. I spent all day yesterday X-MAS shopping & decorating inside and outside of my house.
Though, it is important to not get sidetracked from your GOALS during the holiday festivities, I do not necessarily advocate abstaining from all the delicious, holiday foods with family and friends, either. One does not have to alienate "SELF" from family & friends because they are trying to obtain
standards to IMPROVE "SELF". Your GOALS should not incarcerate your being.
Exercising SELF-CONTROL through the holidays is a way of gaining WILLPOWER. Another TOOL for your MENTAL TOOLBOX.
Of course, having a family member or friend their; helps keep one ACCOUNTABLE to expected STANDARDS.
