Yes, there are a few products that may help prevent or lessen lactic acid build up. Magnesium, Creatine, Beta-alanine and omega3 fatty acids all can act as lactic acid buffers in the body. Also drinking bcaa's during your workout may assist as well.

1g isnt bad. I like to use bulk agmatine at 1.5g and that works like a charm. I still notice 1g though.
