Lactic Acid Build Up
anything good over the counter to help.My legs and shins and calves are done I cant even walk a mile without them hurting so bad

Yes, there are a few products that may help prevent or lessen lactic acid build up. Magnesium, Creatine, Beta-alanine and omega3 fatty acids all can act as lactic acid buffers in the body. Also drinking bcaa's during your workout may assist as well.

Citrulline Malate at 12-18 grams per day works WONDERS
but its pricey

agmatine and Beta Alanine work well in combination for myself.
