joe when im on gear not anavar coz i dont really use it, but in this forum they say it stops cramps, as ive tried everything out there to stop it as its so bad i get the sweats from the pain from the cramp and it always seems to be in my hams and feet, no gh either, do you think var would stop all the cramp and at what dose and how long m8

I don't have any experience either way with var and cramps sorry.

How would you dose the var? 30mgs AM then 30mgs 8 hours later or PM?

maybe 40- 60 mgs a day dosed as you see fit
more if you are huge

I feel 30 mgs would be the absolute minimum

Okay just a question or guidance for next cycle,
Just did a 4 week kickstart with Superdrol 30mg a day, then started my Sust 325 and Test Cyp 250 a week for 10 weeks, ran proviron 2mg e2d for 2 weeks and then started my Tren Hexa 200mg/ml Keifei Pharma at 400mg a week pinning tuesday and friday for 10 weeks and introduced anavar at 60mg a day from week 2 on tren for 6 weeks. For pct i ran clomid 100 for 2 days and then 50 for last 8, then started hcg at 500iu e2d with nolva at 20/20/20/20.
My stats
187lbs before cycle and 207 after
Bench 287lbs and deads 376lbs
Bf before cycle at 12% and after 8%
Looking for advise on next run or should i keep to sumthing similar

Let me rather do this and just advise, its my 4th cycle and im 23 and 207lbs at around 10%bf
20ml Tren Hexa 200mg/ml
10ml Sust 325 before tren
10ml Test Cyp before tren
10ml Test Prop with tren
100 20mg Tabs anavar
20 2mg tabs proviron
5000iu Hcg
30 Tabs Clomid 10mg
30 Tabs 20mg Nolvadex

Please give tips on what to do

dont forget to add t3 as well, tren will block the amino acid tyrosine so supplement with T3 by week 4
