Chris San Juan 8 weeks out from USAs

I usually dont post pics of my clients on boards, I let them do that. But I wanted to share Chris's pics because not only is he a client but he is a good friend of mine and Im excited for his prep and feel this is the biggest he has been at this conditioning and with 8 weeks to go its only going to get better. This is definitely one of the good guys in bodybuilding so I wanted to help him build some momentum by posting a few pics down the stretch here to the show.

Chris is 178-179 in the pics. We will squeeze him into welters. Right now he is still growing carbs are high right around 350-310 carbs per day. Cardio only 25 mins daily.

As Jason said Chris is one of the really good guys of this sport his work ethic is second to none and you will not find someone more humble than he is. It has been a pleasure to work alongside of Jason and Chris in designing his training for his USA prep. We have been using a variety of training variables in order to work on brining up the weak areas that Chris and Jason see in his progress pictures in order to bring a complete package to USA's. Chris came to me wanting to bring up his back thickness, chest, arms and adductors and we are doing everything we can to work towards that end!

Chris is 5'5"

"Tall" is a relative term in bodybuilding.

s2h Im about 5'5 1/2, I guess I'm tall competing against some 5'2 in my class. I have no room for error and come in full and shredded

Matt this program is insane. I have to stay focus in each set. Very intense. I felt that I brought up some key point while on your training program
