6'9" 400 POUNDS with abs and vascularity at the age of 24?!
Here is an interesting guy for RX muscle to feature!
BEHOLD Thor of Iceland!
Stepping out of Myth, the ManTitan, the viking Giant of the North, 209cm and 180kg (6’9" and 400 pounds!) HafThor Bjornsson.

"Thor" started his journey as the center for the Icelandic Basketball team. After an ankle injury he decided to find a new sport.
With very little training he entered a strongman contest in Iceland and placed high in a field of competitors who had been training for many years, even breaking the event record in the stone carry.
There he got the attention of Magnus Ver Magnusson, 4x WSM winner. Magnus noticed that Thor was almost 7ft and has the thickest bone structure he had ever seen. Magnus informed Thor, that if he followed ALL his instructions he would become the best in the world one day.
That was in 2009 at the age of only 19.
By 22 Thor had already placed 6th in the WSM Finals, and at the age of 23 he has already taken 3rd last year.
The first thing they had to do was get Thor’s colossal frame filled out. Tall task indeed. This involved bulking up by over 80kg pounds, all the way up to over 200kg (440 pounds).
6 months ago Thor got his diet under control working with his nutritionist Fjarþjálfun Valgeirs Gauta and got himself down to a solid 180kg (400 pounds) now "looking" more like a bodybuilder.

This year Thor has taken 2nd (controversially many thought he should have won) at the Arnold Classic Strongman contest in Brazil, and he won the Strongman League Championship in Latvia last weekend.
Thor continues to get stronger with every event, growing more muscle, and even his physique has come a long way.
couple more from youtube:
Here are some photos of his transformation:
Starting out as a towering guy who needed to fill out:
These days looking like someone stepping out of myth:

~ I loved watching him in the Worlds Strongest Man finals on TV last year!! Expecting great thing to come from the Icelander especially with a trainer like Magnus Magnessen!!
He is the guy on the far left an inch taller than the giant that is Brian Shaw ... Just to put it into perspective!! ~
