Well funny story NR1:
When I was in shape I love to be a little bit provocative. I was in my peaking week and I went to a supermarket in my tank top and sweatpants and really a lot of people turned their heads, so I was like: "Yes I am in shape, I have an attention". Some people laughed, but I was saying to myself they are just morons. Than in the elevator I noticed something hanging from my behind so I touched it and I realized I wore my black sweatpants inside out and I had a huge WHITE wash instruction tag hanging down from my butt

So I run home ashamed with a bag hiding it. Later the day I met my man and I was telling him this funny story and he looked at me and told me - "yes it is funny but you did not need to show me" and I looked and I did the SAME thing. I was so carb depleted that I forgot to turn those pants at home after I put them off

LOL.

Funny story NR2:
In diet I simply LOVE to walk in big supermarket and "watch" food. I am looking at cans, chocolates, candy bars etc.. I am sniffing pastry and I am reading almost each nutrition tag on each bottle,can,box. So it happens that I am buing one cucumber and I am in store two hours. Once I turned around and I realized that the whole time an undercover cop is behind me. They thought I am a thief! I off course asked the cashier than and she told me it was really weird. So I apologized and told her I am just dieting, but true is I did not show myself in that store anymore

OH and I remind third story

take one of them if you want, but I have to share this one

I started when I was 15, no coach, nobody to tell me what to do, my family was not much into the sport so in real I was responsible in dieting to nobody else than me. Anyway when I had cravings I still felt a little bit ashamed. And once there was sitting a "babovka" cake for few days - it is the same dough as marble loafcake, but in form of angelfood or puding cake - round. And it was so crisp on the bottom, so I took a sharp knife and I cut off a little piece. And than another and another and I literally ate the cake from the bottom inside - so only walls stayed. It looked like the cake is not touched and I started to think how to hide it. So I decided that in the morning I will say I had seen a mold on it and I will throw it away and nobody will know. Unfortunatelly the same day my dad got night cravings and you may imagine how surprised he was when he tried to cut a piece. He called me and he asked me if I can just cut a piece as a normal person. My answer was "I can not, I am dieting!" I think in that moment my family thought I am nuts

When I was dong no carbs for a few days I found my keys in the freezer, my glasses in my glove box...found myself forgetting the simple things...learned the hard way to add carbs even if just small amount..
