Omar Deckard. At the Flex pro last year he was super humble, talked to me and my wife for a good 30 minutes about not only the show but about life and was just one one the nicest guys I have ever had a short encounter with. Coleman was nice but he is so busy, and on his phone alot. Deckard gave us his full attention. I am a big fan of his because of that. Dugdale and troy alves are also high on my list. No lie the only guy that was a ass to my wife and I in even the slightest way Shawn Ray. Not even trying to be funny with all the controversy, he just wasn't very friendly.

Was just listening to the recent Rx Power Hour and your tale of Masoom Butt's "no charges, but here's a year in jail" prison sentence. >:-( Insane. http://www.rxmuscle.com/radio//RXPowerHour06-06-13.mp3
And I'll X2 your Troy Alves recommendation. Alves was very generous with his time at the 2007 IFBB Atlantic City Pro. He took time out for this fan and introduced me to Victor Munoz as well as Yaxeni Oriquen who Munoz was training at the time.

Everyone I have been in contact with has been super cool. Have not ran into a dick yet.
Shelby has been the best so far!
Palumbo, Dorian, Ronnie, Jay, Cormier, Centopani, Bob Chick, cool as hell. All of them made me feel like I was the only one around in sometimes crowds of people!
Stan Efferding was extremely cool too. He trains in my gym occasionally and I got to speak with him for about a half hour right there in the gym, everything from how he started to stories with Flex, training nutrition and help, he even wanted to meet my son who I had in the daycare with me.
I can say I ran into Levrone after he retired to go acting and shrunk down, he wasn't a dick but not all that enthusiastic either.Stop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log

I've been fortunate as to being able to meet many pros. All but 2 were very nice to me, and the 2 that weren't came back and genuinely apologized so all is forgiven. Everyone has good and bad days.
My opinion of who the nicest are would number one have to be Kim Chizevsky (not a guy and it was after she competed), but immediately after I introduced myself she said "You want to come see the baby." Ugh Dom is now 10, and I would consider Kim a good friend.
Other than that I'd have to say some of my favorites that always seem approachable, helpful and nice are: Toney Freeman, Troy Alves, Shawn Rhoden, and Andy Haman.

Kim walked past me at a contest she & her husband put on in Springfield, MO, & I have to say I was weak in the knees, she is so gorgeous.
