ive always cycled off, thinking of taking my body to the next level is going to require a little bit more drastic approach....maybe 2-3 compounds at a time for a year?? I do compete and that's my main focus.. I am developed my most recent diet pic is in my avatar at 200lbs lean. just wanted to see what the vets on here think about year long cycles etc.... Blast and Cruise i would def not run a cycle (multiple compounds) for a year straight ... What are you doing now? And what are you considering running?

been there, done that.
running multiple compounds, oral and inj I had some elevated liver enzymes that after settling into a HRT dose and then coming off all together, resolved without issue.
bloodwork every 4 weeks is what i would suggest. CBC, Chem 20, Male hormone panel. the hormone panel, if you are not having any side effects could be done every 8-12 weeks.

how many years have you been off of heavy dosages?? how old are you now? do u think there was a significant difference in your size/strength from this aggressive approach...?

I am back on heavy doses and labs are fine. the liver is a resilient organ. so are kidneys, to a slightly lesser degree. the key is keeping hydrated, keeping nutrition solid, and I feel most important, keeping sodium levels reasonable to maintain decent blood pressure. I will be 46 this summer and yes, combined with lots of clean'ish food, my size and strength are and were far above par.

Look at short heavy blasts for 4 weeks then cruise low dose long ester for 4 weeks...then back and forth...works well and comes with less issues...
Tren A 150mg EOD
Test p 75mg EOD
60-80mg var Ed
GH 8-10ius pwo on training days only
Cruise on 300mg long test and 2ius GH Ed..

I think your doses are on point for performance I would add some var to your stack though just for an added kick. I think this will bring your body to the next level for sure. Its also very low on side effects so theres no harm in using it. Good luck on your training
