I respect and admire branch's work ethic and intensity

irony is that he actually had/has great genetics

remember seeing the pic from nationals

He had ridiculous wheels, very tight waist and his arms (biceps and triceps) were actually great

injuries have been his unfortunate undoing but some how through force of will has kept everything going

a true warrior

i feel personally the leg injury is the most catastrophic because that was the one bodypart that he dominated on

I know that B Pak was trying to be entertaining or whatever at this past Olympia, but it had to hurt Branch bad, for a young whippersnapper to be calling him out on his legs when it was injury that robbed him. Slipping on ice/rain water coming out of his truck

Beyeke has ridiculous genetics... Needs help/guidance to bring that conditioning... Hopefully it all comes together for him

He looks better here than he did at any of his pro shows. I'm sure he'll blow it and still finish 1st or 2nd.

If he can do that, French black can do the same. I think if he cut out the French fries , his water retention in his back would clear up. Have you seen how much salt McDonald's adds to their fries???

The key is to tell the cashier that you have high blood pressure and want fries with no salt, they will make a brand new batch fresh for you with no salt. Then you just ask for some salt packets muahahahahaha. Also when ordering burgers and stuff ask them to add or hold something that way you know they have to make your sandwich fresh.

thats an excellent point .. Now i can go back there and make that white trash, street walker work for $8.25 an hour ... If she wants to pursue her career in culinary arts, she needs to start making my burgers fresh from scratch

I agree with this statement. I dont remember seeing hardly any striations on him last year so he already looks better.
