Get Big was talking shit about him on like a 50 page thread, then he popped in and clarified everything going on. Part of which was he talked about going to Mexico to get work done on his arms instead of just seo's. This was months ago I read this though and Iv been mistaken before

I'm not sure where the link or thread was. But it had to do with a tiajuna doctor that specialized in pmma. I know rich is prob sick of talking about it but it would be cool to hear him actually talk about it. Ask him about his pursuit of his pro card, I've heard him talk about politics played a role with him not getting his card, what were these politics that denied him from the prestigious pro card. Or did he just come to realization that this was never gonna happen and call it a day from competing ? And also, all the years of training, who was his favorite training partner? And is there someone out there he would like to train with just once to say he's lifted with that person.

I heard him mention once he trains each body part several times per week, very high reps, but with low weight. I'd love for him to elaborate more on this.
