I will be posting a video soon bench 225
not sure how many my best in gym was close to 15-18 or so at bw 170 so will se what happens,
here is a video in a raw bench contest benching 330 at bw 173 lbs
I will post the 225 bench for reps this weekend

there is another link to post for the bench 225 for reps
I can get a video until Sat.

unfortunately not that simple in my complicated life and gym sometimes can 't get a good card game with 2 people in free wt area. Any my phone can't e-mail or download videos and had to be able to bring both my wife and son to the gym with me happens 1-2 x a year to work that out.
That's what happens when can't afford good phone. A lot of stuff in my life sometimes lucky still can get to gym 4 times a week,.
However should have a bench video tonight or tomorrow.
