Hey guys, I just entered Rx Muscle today, the website is great and im finding a lot of information, in fact, I found so much that im a bit confused about what should I do..

I'm currently 16 years old, 5"11, 167 pounds or 76kg, standing about 10% BF..

I've started the gym about 2 weeks ago but I was pretty sporty before that, winning all kinds of athletics events and im a pretty good footballer myself,
this is my body as of today!

I just want to know some basic things:
1- Should I start taking creatine? ( I have anxiety/panic attack problems, will it affect it?) [ps: I take whey gold isolated 100% already]
2-What is the best workout routine for someone my age? ( im not scared of going hard
3-What would be the perfect diet? ( im still kinda sloppy)
