Addison Alexander Light Heavyweight 6 weeks out USA's

Addison is making his first national level show debut. I started training with him back when he started bodybuilding 4 years ago. He started out a skinny 145lbs at his first show. Now he will be struggling to get below 198lbs. one of the best waist to shoulder ratio's I have ever seen. Hoping he brings home a pro card

this guy should've done Jr.Nationals first before USA...yes, he will do well (im sure, if he nails conditioning he will be in the top 10) but, just think if he nailed it at Jr.Nats going in there with a top 3 placing he would be known and going in with some momentum at the USA...Overall, he looks great...crazy taper...

With his current conditioning he's top 10. This guy has pro written all over him. He's just holding fluid and a few pounds of bf if at all. This is why I'm done competing. There's a new freak at every show.

Yah man. Addison is one of the reasons why I stopped bodybuilding. I saw how un-superior my genetics where and came to realize I wasn't going to far. Within a year of training with me, He blew past me and never looked back.

Addison is one of my trainin partners and this dude has improved year over yr so incredibly. I'm scard for lightheavys in next couple yrs. He works with hany and with that in your corner alongside his superior genetics..its bound to b a lights out situation..my prediction!!
