Day 12
Weighted myself empt..at 227.2 and holding!
Strength is up quite nicely!
Hit 120s on flat bench DB press for 13! Normally get Around 10
Appetite is calming down... My carb craving has settled down a bit.
Joints feel ok. Knees get pretty sore after leg sessions. Upped my joint support.

That's the best thing about our "sport", "hobby" or whatever you wanna call it...when your having a shitty day, amazing day or stressful day you always can go workout and clear your mind..it's the best kind of therapy

Day 15
Just got done training legs
Strength is up on squats.
Hit a PR 405 for 6..I know not that impressive(I'm 6foot 4 with bad knees)
The leg press was broken so I move onto hack squats. 3 sets for 8-12 reps
Knees started to hurt so I moved to hamstrings
Started off with Romanian deadlifts
185 for 15
225 for 12
245 for 10
Next was hamstring curls
3 sets at 180 lbs
With a drop set on the last set
Knees started to feel a little better so I moved to leg extensions
4 sets. Lock out at the top for 1 sec and controlled it on the way down!
Leg pump was insane!

Glad you're having a great experience with this product. And 405 is very impressive to this 270 max squat guy. =8^O

Day 16
Today was the day I have been waiting for!
My wife finally asked me "are you taking something?"
Haha I replied "no" just whey protein!
Sex drive is up nicely(always a good thing)
Also my minor gyno has almost disappeared since I started epi andro. I'm loving that.

Day 18
Weighed in this morning dry at 227.9
Weight is slowly creeping up. Loving it
Still no negative sides to report...cycle is going extremely well
Off to they gym in a few hours! I will post again later after my chest workout!

Chest workout was a great one
Hit the 120s for FB DB press for 13 reps again
Then did a drop set with the 90s for 10 reps!the pump was sickening!
After my workout was complete I was soaked with sweat. Epi andro makes me sweat like a pig
I did some cardio, road the bike for 45 mins. When I was done my legs were crazy pumped, made it hard to walk
Appetite has remained the same thought the cycle. Crazy food crazing in the morning and post workout. Carb cravings are under control...
Sex drive is still thriving.

Day 23...the last week
Weighed in today at 228.3! Dry weight
Loving this stuff! Strength is up nicely. I hit back yesterday. Felt like challenging myself after watching a mike Johnson back workout vid on YouTube.
I pulled 405 for 18. That's a PR. I warmed up with 225 then went right to 405. Next I hit 455 for 8..that hurt..
Then I hit 495 for 3!
Then dropped down to 315 and went to failure..only got 10. I wanted to puke after that
I then moved onto pull ups and banged out a few sets of bodyweight to failure.
The pump was crazy.
After pull ups I went to db rows. Started with the 100s and got 15 no problem. Then went to to the 120s and got 12..rest pause style.
