Thanks guys.
About my condition i'm pretty to surprise to be THAT heavy at this point.
I've got some trouble to lose the weight. BUT if i go with people who check me at my gym and know their stuff, my physic is changing completely every 2-3 days.
So from my point of view i think i'll be ready JUST on time.
I'm happy with my new look, i've put so much size and thickness, i'm really excited for the next days.

For how much time is left, you are pretty off. By "off" im taking into account the level of competition at that show, and how your condition will look compared to the level of competition that usually is there. That being said opinions are made to be proven wrong, so I wish you the best and encourage you to do what you have to do. Good luck.

No offense but you look way off.
And didn't you drop out of your last show because you weren't in condition?

BOOM! I've been saying this for YEARS and telling clients that look at me like the anti-christ when I tell them to STAY LEAN year-round to get SHREDDED for a show. You are a bodybuilder, then you should ALWAYS be able to see your abs and your veins. Always.
Matt is on the money, and it sounds like we have similar views

How this gets screwed up twice is beyond me. You could have easily held your conditioning from March to use that as your starting point dieting into Nationals.
Stop posting pics and trying to drum up some attention for yourself and just go to work.
Oh and hire someone to help you out because you have no clue what you're doing and 2010 has been done and over for a while now.

Sadly I have to agree with the posts above. Your conditioning isn't where it should be at this point. I think you won that class before. That's good but the bad part if you haven't put a dent in your physique since that show. What have you been doing in the off season? You can pull off another win but you need to raise the bar to a higher level. You're better than the pic you posted.

Hi Dan Kennedy,
I won that class back in 2010 yes.
I don't exactly understand what mean "you haven't put a dent in your physique".
It's like you did not succeed or show up in perfect condition since 2010 ?
During my off season ? I'm putting size, lots of size, wich i did, especially in the legs.
Thanks for the support, i appreciated, i like people who are honnest, telling truth even when i'm not doing good but at least they are POSITIVE. And it's the only thing i need staying positive. It's like in my gym, people are supporting me, and yes they tell me the truth also, they push me. i like it.
So yes, i've put the bar higher, i've tighten a lot my diet, done a lot of adjustements in my prep. It already shows i'm 242 this morning a lot better shape. Working legs help a lot to dry the physic. So i have 9 days wich will be very hard, but i'm happy and ready for the challenge.
And i WILL be ready the day of the show, no excuse.
Loutfi.
