I met a female bodybuilder in 2005 who was doing a show as a springboard for an upcoming pro qualifier. She got 3rd. She looked good but shouldn't have won & said so herself. Two weeks later, she looked like a different person & she did win (the Team Universe) & went pro. I have never seen such a drastic change in two weeks. You can do it too, Loutfi. My only concern is that it doesn't harm your health.

What was your weight in 2010 when you won the class?

RichDc2, thanks for the support.
Rawlifter, thanks. Come and say me hi, between 2 sets.lol
If you need a personal trainer or help to progress in training or diet let me know, my office is 10mn from Monster Gym.
Dan Kennedy, my weight was 225 the day i won Canada in 2010. And i'm gonna repeat with around 230-235 in one week. Plus the overall.
Hifrommike65 you should be worry about the health of my family not mine. A big dude on 0 carbs is dangerous for his family.lol.
But no that's the reverse, i take way less risk because, it's like a car. I'm doing fine tuning, putting less gaz so the car goes faster and easier to manipulate.
And it worked so great ... i've got now a problem to fill out, 820g yesterday and gained ... almost 0 pounds. So today i'm eating like crazy.
Almost 0 cardio, so really no comparison with the ACA prep.
I'm 236.5 this morning ...

So you expect to be 230-235 at the weigh-in or the day of the show after you drop water?

Ok. So at the low end of 230 that would mean you put on 5 lbs in 3 years. High end 10 lbs in 3 years. 5lbs in 3 years doesn't seem like a lot to me. Like I said you have a great physique and loads of potential. You may want to re-evaluate what you are doing in the off-season because I don't think you are making the gains you should be.
