I will be doing a log on my epistane-andro usage for the next 6 weeks.I started taking it this weekend at 3 per day.Workouts were good but we will have to see what effect if any this supplement gives.I will say I am always skeptical of these types of product so I`m sure there will not be a placebo effect.
I am weighing 222 at 5-10
Will be dieting hard for the next 6 weeks as well as doing 20 minutes high intensity cardio along with weight training of course.Let`s see where this takes us.

Had a real good shoulder workout this morning.Lateral,rear laterals ,presses then shrugs.Then did some abs and calves.I want to be diligent with the ab work during this.Had plenty of energy from start to finish.I also have the hungry all the time thing like some have mentioned but I have been dieting hard the last few days so that is normal.

Worked back this morning.84 degrees at 4 am.Gonna be a hot one but I already got it in.Pulldowns,barbell rows and one arm tbar rows.I did 4 sets each so nothing fancy.Then did 3sets of sit ups and 3 sets of rope crunches.Energy was high but man so was my appetite.I could not get full last night and still went to bed hungry.Hopefully I am burning fat here.
