No weights today but just finished 20 HIT cardio.Was sweating like a pig.Real hungry late last night but fought it off with a can of spinach with a little tobasco.

longest 5 minutes of your life.
Update:good training over the weekend and stuck to the diet. 2 slices of pizza Saturday night exception but stuck to it for the most part.I need to weigh as I think it`s going down.My wife wont have a set of scales in the house.I guess out of sight out of mind.

On a srs note. 2 slices isn't anything. Heck, back in the day, I would put down a whole medium pizza to myself and then some if it were laying around.

Well good arm workout this morning.Lots of energy,lots of hungry too.Need to be regular with cardio which I have been.Still need to burn lots of fat.
