I need to update this but not much to report.Training is going well,hit a chest and shoulder workout today.Plenty of energy in spite of some hot humid weather.

Quick update:still taking the epi-andro.Looks like I have just enough to get through the weekend.Weight was 218 last week.Down from 222 so just 4 lbs but I have not changed my diet.It may be from the harder cardio I am doing but honestly I have had more energy since taking this.I will weigh again this weekend.I expect to be a couple of lbs lighter.We will see

OK finished my epi-andro run and even though I followed my usual contest diet of two good days followed by fucking up for two days I lost from 222 down to 212 during this time.Now I have been hitting very hard cardio several days a week,sometimes every day of the week I have had a lot of energy and good recovery.
