Clean Off-Season Protein Pancakes
1/2 cup of quick oats
1/2 - 3/4 cup of egg whites
1 tsp. of brown sugar-twin
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
chopped almonds or cashews
Splash of water
-Mix up and let batter sit for 5min.
-Grease frying pan with olive oil or mct oil and add batter.
-Flip twice
-Top with diabetic maple syrup or peanut butter and enjoy!!!

Protein Pancakes
(in blender)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
1/2 cup dry oats
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup eggwhites
2 packets of splenda
tsp fiber
blend
chill for 3 minutes( this helps thicken)
Use WaldenFarms sugar free syrup
37 protein
31 carbs
substitute whole eggs if you want fat in them enjoy!
