If you are prone to gyno, I'd say a gram ED.

But I'm no expert, just going by personal experienc.

Well they are both entirely different drugs...Nolvadex being a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) and aromasin and adex are both Aromatase Inhibitors...Aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor and adex is selective...Nolvadex has a different mechanism of action in regards to breast tissue activity/binding and is most ideal for aggressive gyno flare treatment in my experience and opinion albeit I've heard a lot of "bros" claim that Nolvadex should never be used with a 19-nor...I never really researched much into it...Personally, I'd take both an AI and Nolvadex if I had gyno symptoms.

I already have gyno I just don't want it to get worse is there any point with nolva or is just adex fine the lumps are pretty massive

I like to alternate treatment so 3 months with Nolva then 3 months with Adex. You can do either med off cycle also to reduce gyno but most docs prescribe Nolva for gyno treatment as its the more traditional medicine for that purpose.

Letro has good scientific support for gyno treatment as well so you could run that on and/or off cycle for your lumps.

I believe it is recommended to use an AI when using HcG during your cycle since HcG by producing Test will also cause higher aromataze.
