Same exact thing in my opinion other then with prop you're pinning eod at least and with mast e only twice a week for me
Mast def my favorite compound
Tren of course is king but makes me insane

I've never used mast E. Before, but that makes sense. I like it a lot as well, Very versatile and gives me a "clean" look even at a low dose. Although it was likely the death blow for my hairline this past prep haha
I love tren only slightly less than oxygen. No real sides for me other than night sweats at even at 600/week

First time i ran it was great!! Second go round anxiety, night sweats that were horrible ..feeling that i was gonna drop dead at any moment was too much lol

yeah except i was much fatter the second time around lol so body will def react different...I was also running it with clen and i'm almost positive that clen was 80% the blame for the sides..night sweats and insanity def tren related though lol...BP was def clen though and so were the headaches
My BP is usually like 115/70
within a few hours of when i bumped dose to 60mcg it hit 150/85 ..resting heart rate 105 BOOOM! lol

i'm a firm believer that the body can handle the drugs better when bodyfat is low, consistent cardio, and clean diet
same with me even though i wasnt running tren during my prep my clen was at 80-100 i forget and my bp was real low 110/60 and below sometimes and heart rate in the low 60's

Weight has been stuck at 224.6-225
if weight isnt 224 or lower by saturday will pull some carbs
Tuesday Chest, delts, arm touch up
machine flyes - hard sets of 12 with 2 sec contraction
superset with
dumbbell flyes - 40's x 8
4 rounds of that
Incline barbell press- 3 sec negative 185 x 6, 225 x 6, 225 x 6, 245 x 6
Decline Hammer Press- 3 x 6-8 working up to 3 pps
side laterals - set of 8 rest for 10 sec do another 8 reps rest for 10 sec and then another set of 8
3 rounds of that
Machine shoulder press- set of 10 locking out and flexing at the top followed by 10 half reps
3 sets like that
Reverse pec dec for rear delts- 2 sets of 40 with 1 sec squeeze this was hell!!
Bicep touch up
One arm cable curl superset with one arm rev curl
3 rounds of this super set

Leg Yesterday
already seeing some fullness come back to my legs after only 2 weeks
Seated Leg Curl - 4 x 15
Leg extensions - 20 reps 2 sec hold, 15 reps 3 sec hold, 8 reps 6 sec hold
3 sets
Squats - 185 x 6, 225 x 6, 275 x 6, 225 x 10, 225 x 10
DB SLDL - 60's x 15, 60's x 15, 75's x 12, 75's x 12

Hit a new low today 223.6
down 3.4 in 2 weeks
no cardio yet..will do first session on Sunday
