Deadlifted today first time in a long time .. 405 for 12 ... 495 x 2
Pyramided to 405 first time only got 8.. Then 495 got 2 then back down after 495 405 felt light

Back and arms today
Felt great and noticed a lot more vascularity today
Was going back and forth with bushmaster yesterday and he agreed with me going onto a keto diet to get things moving faster

Flat dumbbell press- 70's x 15, 80's x 15, 90's x 15, 100's x 15, 110's x 15
Incline Smith press- 185 x 25, 205 x 20, 225 x 15, 265 x 8 followed by triple drop set
flat barbell press- 2 sec pause on chest then explode up...225 x 6, 225 x 6, 245 x 5
Flat dumbbell flyes- 3 sets of 8 with 2 sec hold in stretch position
Smith seated military press 4 x 8
supersetted with
side laterals - 4 x 12
bent over rear delt flyes- 3 x 30

Thanks guys! learned a lot from the time i was working with John Meadows as far as structuring workouts
lol tired strarting keto yesterday but failed had 1 cup oats meal 1 then i trained and had 60g carbs from white potato
all in all i had about 115 g carbs yesterday and weight dropped about 1.5 lbs
as far as macros 300g pro / 100 g fats which will stay consistent for now and carbs 60 on off days and 115-130 on training days and see how it goes
