me and bush made some changes
High carb days still 350
med carb day down to 250
low days 150
and added 2 hiit sessions
10 intervals
15 sec balls to the wall
45 sec normal speed
yesterday was a low day and first session of HIIT
dropped from 218 to 216 hope to be 213 by friday
The weight i'm carrying now is much more solid then it was 2 weeks ago...more vascularity, rounder, fuller all around better

Pec is still bothering me all i could do was hex press
Hex Press- 4 sets of 15
Dumbbell side laterals - 4 x 15 with 1 sec hold at the top
Dumbbell shoulder press- 85's x 15, 85's x 16, 85's x 18
Rear Delt Destroyer - swing reps for 60 pound dumbbells for 60 reps, 30 pounds for 30 reps, 20 pounds for 10 reps
touch up for arms
single arm preacher curl machine- 4 x 15
rope pushdowns 4 x 20

Great Leg session today
Seated leg curl- found a weight that was a challenging 10 reps did 6 sets with it 20 sec rest between sets
Squats - 4 x 6 .... 3 sec descend 275 lbs for 2 sets of 6 and 315 for 2 sets of 6
Leg press - feet close mid platform
5 pps x 30
5 pps x 25
4 pps x 40
Insane pump at this point
Stiff leg deadlift - 2 x 15
Its a wrap
