Steve56 Off-Season
Well it was a long prep over 20 weeks of dieting made some very big improvements and now its over.
Looking forward my plan is to take the rest of 2013 and 2014 off from competing and concentrate on getting bigger and improving. The end goal is to qualify in early 2015 and do the Jr. USA as a legit Light Heavy. This past offseaon i ended up putting on a good 15-16 lbs of stage weight on in only 8 months.. Another 15+ lbs of stage weight will put me at the top of the light heavies
already started my offseason diet and training ... no time off baby!!

Weighed in this morning at 192.8 so around 10 lbs over what i weighed on stage last saturday..still very hard obviously just holding some water
Current diet...
Meal 1- 5 whole eggs, 3 slices Ezekiel bread, 1 tsp coconut oil
Meal 2 - 2 scoops isolyze, 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1 tbs almond butter, 1 serving of fiber
Meal 3- 7 oz ground turkey, 1 cup white rice, 1 tbs mac nut oil
Meal 4- (pre workout) 6 oz beef, 1 cup rice, 1 tbs mac nut oil
Meal 5 - (post) 2 scoops isolyze, 40g carbs from carbolyze
Meal 6 - 7 oz ground turkey, with a salad, 2 oz avocado, 1 tsp mac nut oil
Totals
3100 kcals
305g pro
200g carbs
105g fats
Cardio right now is 30 min EOD

hey steeve what was your cheat meals after contest? ha ha!also what intesity are you going with your cardio? ( speed-incline?)

Hey Bill... ate like crazy saturday night.. Wings, burgers, cuban sandwich, fries, calamari .. 5 diet cokes, 2 root beers lol and 2 desserts
Day after started my offseason diet at 5 clean meals then ate some thai food, and ice cream
Since then pretty much stuck to my offseason diet.. Sitting at 195 now very full and still hard and vascular
Right now cardio is 30 min low intensity Every other day

I don't know if Phil said anything but I am going to be in Boston for almost 3 weeks in August for work. I have weekends off and will have my company car while I'm out there...def going to try and make it down to Diamond for a day or two while I'm out there.
