Chest, biceps, delts
Machine press- 3 x 8 with a hard flex and good stretch
Decline smith-
225 x 8
245 x 8
265 x 8
285 x 8
315 x 8
335 x 5
Incline Barbell press- Pecs shot after first two exercises so didnt need crazy weight here
225 x 8
225 x 8
225 x 8
225 x 8
Flat db press- usually go up to 130's-140's ...105's today more then enough for 3 x 8
Preacher machine curl - 4 x 15
super set with
hammer curls - 4 x 12
side laterals - 4 x 20
larry scott db presses - 3 x 15

with pretty much everything diet, training, cardio, supplements! Very hard worker and we talk every single day he checks in with me ..very happy with his progress so far.
He started off doing physique he did one physique show and we met in the gym said he wanted to do bodybuilding and i said ok lets do it!

Everything rolling along nicely
Training has been great, consistent and strength has been pretty good since starting the cruise dose. Today marks 4 weeks into cruise
Only thing i notice is i'm way more sore and joints hurting a little more. 9 more weeks till its game on and prep for 2015 starts
