A little update here
Sitting at 211.5 close to 30 lbs over stage weight
Carbs are around 345 a day protein around 290 .. Fats are low around 45-50
Hit some personal bests in the gym.. 150 lb dumbbell flat bench for 8 reps! Me and Silverman popped our cherries with the 150 dumbbells first time we ever tried pressing them. Provo toys with the 150's one of the strongest pressers i ever met
Also hit 315 squat for 20 reps ... For me def an accomplishment, not a great squater

Macros are very similar to myself in the offseason (very low fat around 50g) how do you like it? hows your mood and energy?

thanks bro...yea doesn't take tons of food for me to grow... I actually really love the higher carbs and leaving fats low, my body grows better that way, and I stay leaner. I really soften up fast when fats are high
It's been 5 weeks and I really like the direction things are going in. Lets just say im on a mission lol
