Well Well Well. Here I am again Starting another journal. Thanks Gail Oye Vay. I have done 2 shows so far this year. I had to re-qualify at IL State (because I had shoulder surgery) and I did. I then went into Jr. Nationals where I placed 11th. Not bad but not good. I took a couple days, revamped and am back at it for the Dallas Europa in 7 weeks. Bigger, Harder, Better!!! Just got some bad news tonight but then got some good news so I'm gonna focus on the good. I just finished an interview that will be up tomorrow and I'll send the link. I had a great lift tonight. Killed my delts!! Had a great post workout meal and found out I have 2 extra weeks to prep. Can you say cheat meals??? Yeah buddy!!!

There will always be haters. I guess if you're talked about, that means you're making an impact on that person. Like you said, just as long as YOU are happy, that is all that matters. I love that motto, "If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy". So true. You need to take care of you before you can take care of anyone else.

Well some sad news to share. I was dropped from Xcel Sports Nutrition for a silly post on facebook. A year and a half with the company promoting them left and right and one post gets me dropped. I was sad and angry and hurt BUT then I remembered that God always has a plan and this just wasn't in his plan for me anymore and wouldn't ya know it, I was picked up by a new company the NEXT day!!! So I guess I need to say thank you to them for dropping me because I wouldn't have been able to accept this new offer if I was still under them.


So, my new sponsor will be announced within the next couple of days and I'm VERY excited about the opportunity. This is going to be a great step forward for me and I'm looking forward to the lasting friendships I make along the way.

Well a lot to catch you up on. I was picked up by SEI Nutrition and couldn't be happier. I will be working the booth at the Olympia, so come back snap a pic or get an autograph I love the opportunity I have been given and look forward to the year ahead. I also decided that I am not doing any more shows this year. I want to give my body a break and grow for next year. I want to set my sights on Jr. USA's in May with a WIN in mind... Focus, determination and a good clean bulk! I also have a new coach. He is the BEST and I'm very lucky. I will be the best me by next year GUARANTEED! Can't wait for you all to follow along. As of today I'm sitting at 157lbs I hope to drop a bit before the Olympia, tighten up anyway Can't be a fat ass there of all places. I don't care if it IS off season.
