Lastson's Epistane Andro Log
So I was trying to decide how to start this after seeing Cook's first post and I got nothing.. So I'll just do it the boring way...
I'm 38 about 5' 8.5" and currently about 194 and gaining.. Not sure where my Body Fat is now, but I would say a conservative 12%, but S2H might be able to better guess.
I have my diet and all my training done by S2H and he's been stuck with me for over a year now. We are currently in a lean gain phase that I started at around 165 and I would like to see things end up above 200 as long as I don't get too soft.
I started running the Epi Andro at (4) Caps a day split into (2) caps in the am and (2) caps about 12 hours later before training. I took my first dose on Monday and haven't seen anything exciting yet, but would expect things to start kicking in towards the end of the week.
Being that I'm gaining , I'm hoping to add a little, but also get a little harder in the process, so we shall see what happens.
All of my updates with Scott are done on Sunday, so I'll try and post his comments here also as he always gives a very honest opinion.
So thank you IML for the opportunity to log another great product and lets get this baby rollin.

Epi-Andro Rx™, the newest legal prohormone alternative to the steroid Stanolone (DHT) has arrived! Epi-Andro Rx™ can potentially interact with other steroids, and inhibit the aromatase enzymes. This gives Epi-Andro Rx™ the ability to block estrogen receptors, giving it its “dry” characteristics.
Epi-Andro Rx™ converts into DiHydro-Testosterone, which provides muscle hardness for a solid, leaner physique. Because DHT is 5 times more androgenic than testosterone, Epi-Andro Rx™ doesn’t require higher dosages to perform. This allows for easier dosing and means the liver works less to metabolize the hormones. Epi-Andro Rx™ will provide aggression in the gym and create an environment for more focus on the goal ahead. As a dry compound, users will not only gain lean muscle, but also experience highly increased lipolysis (fat loss).

Leg Day
I've been squating heavy for the last few weeks, so this was a lighter session, with a bunch of Super Sets and high rep work. I was gassed after the first super set so I know it was going to be a long night. Anyways workout was great, being the first day I really don't see any big changes yet.

Back and Traps
Another lighter day since I've been hitting some heaver deads the last few weeks and again the tempo and holds were great, gassed at the end and had a great MMC during the back work. So day 2 and nothing exciting yet.
Side note water consumption is between 1 and 1.5 gallons a day and I'm running (3) days a week but only because I'm going to run the warrior dash in August.

Weight this am was 192.4 so dropping a little. But Scott said it would probably happen as I dry out a little.
Had a good chest and delt workout last night... really smoked my delts which felt great.
I was a max effort chest night, which would pretty much be the first one after my little shoulder injury and everything felt great. I wasn't able to get 315 on Flat Bench, but I'm not that far off of it.
Haven't noticed much other than a little water drop, maybe a little more vascular, but hard to say. I'm sure things will start kicking next week.
Hope you guys have a great weekend..
