I hope everyone had a nice holiday break.. I know I ate probably more than I should, but still got all but 1 training day in, so not that bad considering all the stuff I had going on.
Weight this am was 195.2
Hit legs last night and didn't feel completely drained, but watched TV on the bed with the kids and when I tried to get up about an hour later about fell over..lol nice and sore today, so apparently it was better than I thought.
I'm definitely seeing a difference while training... I had a pretty busy week and even with all the distractions, once I start training I have tunnel vision. .its great
Also I need to confirm this with the Mrs. But stamina is way up..of course this will need to be tested repeatedly for the remainder of the run..
Back and Traps tonight, looking forward to a nice heavy week before going out of town this weekend..

Just a quick update..
The last few weeks have been crazy, family , work ect.. so I've really had to bounce training around so that I'm getting everything in.. I'm unfortunately the type of person that loves a routine so with all these changes in schedule it would normally be difficult to keep focused and not worry about the other crap. But so far I've had tunnel vision once I decide it's time to train.
Training has been great , not noticing any crazy strenght gains but definitely getting stronger.
Hunger has been crazy and I can eat pretty much 30 mins after a meal without a problem. Even when I've strayed a little from my meal plan ive seen no bad effects. I almost feel if I could eat anything and be fine, but fearing the rath of S2H I'm not going to test that theory.

Last night hit a new squat PR, 440 x 1, so Epi Andro is definitely giving me a little push.
Hopefully at the end of the week, I'll have a few more new PRs..

So just made a nice (at least for me) 455 dead pull, so that would be 2 PRs for the week. My best pull before was 435..so not a huge jump but still a jump none the less
Weight was 190 this am, so I've dropped a few pounds over the run and strenght is up a little, so I'm going to say it was a good run.
I'll tey to do a little wrap up later this weekend
