I thought it was a good show (entertaining) and Mel actually was able to keep his cool, and not go overboard. Even if everything Mel said is true is one thing, does he have the evidence to back these claims asides hearsay "he said, she said" , vs Aaron now has multiple attacks on his character in digital format

(both my parents are attorneys, growing up I thought my middle name was 'liability')

I LEFT Rx when Aaron did his "take over", just because I thought it was cheap (I was already almost gone because of the John Romano issue)...
I'll come back now if I see some positive direction now.

Regarding lawsuits and defamation of character:

If Aaron follows through with it, he'll have to prove that the things said about him are not true. To my knowledge, you cant sue someone for calling you bad name. Lol. So that leaves him proving he was a good employee and was not fired.

I think this is a job for Judge Judy.

You may be right, but you guys all forgot that by smearing Aaron's reputation you also affected the reputation of the company he represents and works for (IronMagLabs) and has been for over two years.
I am estimating the damages to my company IronMagLabs in the millions.

Do you place any blame on your employee? I ask sincerely, not being sarcastic. He was asked to post the real reason he parted ways with rx here on the forums and in turn, mel would not go on the air with aaron as his topic. That obviously didn't happen and here we are now. It appears to me tgat aaron wasnt considering the welfare of your company, either.

I agree with you that there are always 3 sides to every story and that all of this - including aarons actions - coukd have been handled differently.
