LEE BANKS - Looks great… looks so much bigger than the 212's! Very poised… Shredded from the side… no oil? Glutes are IN … No loose skin on the lower back… deep cuts in hamstrings feathered teardrop AND sweep… Got harder as he posed.


JEFF BECKHAM - Slow walk onto stage… Classic looking physique… Classic posing as well… Quads are very conditioned. Biceps held too high in his Front Double. Condition could be a smidge better for the IFBB pro stage. Mostly through the glutes… Lower back looks loose a tad as well.


LIONEL BEYEKE - Frenchman… LOOKS ENORMOUS. FEATHERED quads all around Abs tight… GREAT Front Double Biceps.. .LAT spread looks … better than impressive. Side BIG ham dip/drop. Glutes are squared off… but not PEELED… Lower back - no looseness… and VERY conditioned in lower back on the draw back for the rear lat spread.


JUSTIN COMPTON - Pro debut… QUADS look FANTASTIAWOW… Glutes peeled from the side… Arms are huge… Glutes are REDONK peeled… Great shape. You almost expect to see him look a lot bigger with all the hype wagons out there… but he looks impressive… his SWEEP is something I think is amazing.


COSTANTINOS DEMETROU - From DOWN UNDER… Conditioned abs and deeply cut. Shoulders tight his Front Double arms came forward… needs some ART to loosen up his traps… Looks dry and peeled from the back… VERY MINOR loose skin in lower back… but nothing that I would say hurts his condition.

CON DEMETROU - great, separated legs, good upper body, good condition

STEFAN HAVLIK - Last years Arnold Amateur winner, crazy legs, Dream Tan for color, great hardness, should do good

KENNETH JACKSON - Good legs but upper body doesn't look as hard, back needs more width, just not quite hard enough

MICHAEL LIBATORE - Hard but looks a little flat, legs look great from the front, glutes are in from the back, pecs are flat with big arms

STEFAN HAVLIK - Really like his physique… really don't like DREAM TAN. Out of Eastern Europe.. so… it's expected. TIGHT through lower posterior chain… lower back has some loose skin… GREAT quad thickness.. .could be a bit tighter from the side though… Very pleasing physique to look at though.


KENNETH JACKSON - SMALL waist… quads need more size… but have deep lines in them. Glutes need more condition… Lower back… could be tighter, but it isn't his biggest weakness. Having a hard time holding air… legs are conditioned from front… just don't have the size. Good potential with a little more size!


MICHAEL LIBERATORE - MASSIVE arms… Quads peeled. Waist is a little wider from the front… Glutes are in, but not shredded (from side) they look much more in from the back…Lower back could be a little tighter… but it looks like Mike brought up a few areas on his physique.. and I love the Sergio Olivia pose he does.

MANUEL LOMELI - crazy striations on the quads, big chest but upper body doesn't match the legs. needs to be harder

ALEXANDRE NATAF - Massive bodybuilder but distension in the gut, huge quads but not a pretty physique

AN NGUYEN - 3rd place here last year, looks flat in upper body, muscles not popping, legs are hard but he missed his peak

thank you Louis and RX.. Im stoked for first call out.. I wasnt in the middle which is ok. top 5 in this show is huge. 24 ladies all brought their A game. I feel i brought my best yet so im very happy and plan to continue to improve

ESSA OBIAD - Wow!! Super thick and hard from the front. RDB looks really good, crazy thickness in the pecs, delts and arms, cross striations in the quads

CRAIG RICHARDSON - Was supposed to do 212's but is in the Open. Legs still look in good condition but he has been better. Abs could be a little harder and back is weaker than the front.
