A Few Weeks Out From 2013 Summer Bodybuilding Shows
I will be 52 in August and I'm hitting 3 shows this summer. My first contest was in 1984 and my last was in 2010. I'm hitting the Masters men BB and Super Heavy in the Mens Open BB this year. Here's some pics from a few weeks out at 243 lbs and just under 5'11". Go ahead and tear me appart......lol.

how about some full body shots? what glares out to me is your mid section. id really try to work on controlling that in your posing.

Five ten and a half and weighed in at 240. 51 year old diabetic ex powerlifter......lol. My wife says powerlifting with Ed Coan ruined my midsection. It use to be tiny.

My third show of the summer. Finally finished @ 233 lbs in the Midwest Championships. Was the best conditioning of the 3 shows and finished 3rd in Masters and third in Super Heavyweights Open. Sorry for the bad pics, it was my wife's camera phone.
