Ok. I dont have any YouTube videos but this is from my FB...It's not silly but it's a PR I hit a while back. The dead lift is my favorite exercise and I was chasing 300 FOREVER, well I managed to crush 315

part of circuit training I trained back home, I could not train heavy that time all the time so I always had 1 training "classical" and 1nd training circuit. This exercise was created by my man for me.
Or another triset, created for me by my man - it was supposed to give me thickness without the widening of waist.
Most of my "unique" creations was from my man
