Physical Job + Training = Heart Disease?
Seeing as I've worked a physical job for 3 years now while continuing to train hard every morning 6 days a week, this article has made me feel a little concerned. What are your guys' thoughts here? The article basically says that studies linked high heart disease to people who hit the gym while working physical jobs, i.e. its just too much for the heart.

I must admit that I do feel tired and overtrained most of the time, and I stopped making gains a long time ago and in fact can't stop losing (I'm natty, always shredded at least), but I still train so much anyway just because I love it.

Hard work all my life and gym work too.
Those studies don't mean shit to me.

Define "hard work"? yeah I think if you are a coal miner, training heavy high volume 6 days a week is not good for you.

I would want to see some repeat studies on this since it isn't out of the realm of logic. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing at times

Depends on your work IMO. But then again, if your body did get beat Down to the brink of heart disease, I think your body would show signs before hand such as over exertion. When you're over exerted you need more sleep, food, etc. you wouldn't have energy to go to the gym or work for shit.
