my advice would be to read as much as you can. Don't take advice from guys at the gym and take most advice on here with a grain of salt. Don't just go on blind faith and believe people most will bull shit you. You need to understand what nutrients do in for your body and which ones work best for you. Everyone is not the same, so eating plans work better than others for you.

To read? That sounds cool, but do you have any book to suggest at least to start?

Read books by Chris Aceto, Dan Duchaine, Mauro Dipasqualle, and just learn as much as you can about how different nutrients effect our bodies. There will be a lot of trial and error with experimenting with what foods work well for you.

I bought the book "How to lose weight", Chris Aceto and I'll get it in 2/3 days.
Thanks for the suggestion!
This week I interrupted the diet because I was in holidays with friends and we ate pretty much not so good.. I think I got back max. 1kg, nothing more so I'm pretty satisfied!
Tomorrow I'll go home and I'll start again to train as hell. I start as well a boxing session ( max 4/week ) as aerobic work and to gain few skills.
I started to take cla+ (3.4g/day) and N2flame (2/day) and I'm really satisfied because they seem to work on my fat mass.

Hey guys!
I'm really happy right now cuz I didn't get mass during that week with friends. I ate much carbs and alcool, but nothing really bad.
Now I'm about 175 lbs, my goal is to lose about 7-8 lbs in the next 3 weeks, before the next check with nutritionist.
In my last check I was 180 lbs with 20% fat mass, now I think it's dropped a little bit and when I reach 168 lbs she said I should be about 14-15%.
I really want to drop it about 10-12% but I know that will take more than just 3 weeks . Indeed I get about 5 lbs of lean mass since I start training, pretty cool I think.
I read the book "How to lose weight" by Chris Aceto and I tried to change my macro values in:
Proteins: 176g / daily - about 44%
Carbs: 164g / daily - about 41%
Fat: 30g / daily - about 15%
Total cal: about 1600
I feel really good with these values but I want to try carbs cycle. That's my idea:
Monday to Friday
Proteins: I think I won't change them.
Carbs: 40% less, about 100g / daily
Fat: a little bit more, about 35g / daily
Total cal: about 1420, 15% less than before
Saturday and Sunday
Proteins: something like 8% less
Carbs: 15% more, about 190g / daily
Fat: about 30-35g / daily
Total cal: about 1700-1750 just about 10% more
I'll go on with HIIT training, with morning runs, etc.. I'll tell you guys if this carbs cycle will work on me but I'll start it next week cuz now I'm far from home and its really hard to keep it going on!
Anyway what do you think about this idea? Some advice?

Don't over complicate it. Do what feels right to your body and you'll be fine. Slow and steady wwins the race - don't try to crash diet and lose a bunch of muscle in the process, thus hindering your ability to burn more calories. If what you're already doing is working, stick with it.
There is no "best" diet plan. Everyone is different. The best diet plan is the one that works for you. And even above that, the one you can stick to. I know lots of people who could be on a better diet plan for them physically, but mentally they just can't do it. Make this a lifestyle and find balance. If you can't stick to a routine for more than 3-4 days without feeling the need to cheat, then your plan is not optimal for you, mentally at least.
Be honest with yourself. Ask yourself questions like "Could I follow this every day?" "Are my goals in line with this plan?" "do I need that much carbs/protein?". In the end if you have a bit of knowledge on nutrition and you're really honest with yourself, you'll find success.

I totally agree with you!
The diet plan the nutritionist gave me worked pretty well since I lost a lot of lbs and I gained an healthy lifestyle.
But on the other hand that plan is not really precise: macro values changes every day, proteins are pretty low, the body doesn't really understand what is going on. I train hard and I'm trying to drop fat mass to 10% and to gain lean mass: this plan won't work in that sense.
Now I started to fix macro as I said in the last post and I'll keep on with them. After, if that plan won't work good, I'll try carbs cycle!
You are so right when you talk about mental strength. I can say that I don't really care about how hard the diet will be: I want to reach a goal, I can do it.
I don't know, I've never considered the cheat day ( my nutritionist gave me one with pizza for dinner ) since I started the diet, because I don't think it's necessary.
So guys, I'll tell you if this new plan is working for me!

Hey guys, big news.
I'm actually running N2Flame 4 caps/daily, no sides so far. In few days I'll get N2Burn to run them together.. Anyway now I'm about 172 lbs, no loss in lean mass, I'm really happy about that.
My low carbo/high carbo cycle looks to work pretty good, and I feel much better than before.
