    Default EPITREN Rx Logging Ayezer

    It has been a while forget how to log but a good place to start see how many I can do at end of 4 weeks.
    Have not started yet but bench 225 x 20 for other contest

    I have not received my EPITREN Rx yet but wanted to list a couple of workouts this week.
    Sat at bw 172-173 benched 225 x 20 reps

    then did squats legs Monday squatting real deep wish can put vid on for possible powerlifting meet
    5-6 sets 275 x 3 2 sets then 285 x5 very loose wraps
    then reverse hypers warmed up w/leg ext.
    sore as hell.
    tues chest
    benched in pin press about 1 board or less over chest 275 x3 325 x 1 335 x 1
    then dropped to 225 x 8 275 x6

    then today normal back workout

    pullups bw 3 sets 10
    pulldowns to front 3 sets 8-10 reps
    machine chest supported rows 3 sets 10 reps
    barbell rows 3 sets 10 reps 135 and 2 sets w/155lb
    strict form
    then barbell shrugs 225 x 10 315 x 6 and last set 315 x 8 got in good groove.

    waiting for my epi tren I guess should come soon.

    chest shoulders tonight sluggish long day work last2 days tired needing some xtra pep

    bench 275 x 3 sets 5-6 reps still sore should have done another bodypart did speed bench on Friday and 6 sets tricep ext was very sore prob needed another day

    did hammer strength flat bench 2 plates each side 8 reps 2 plates anda25 for 2 sets 7 reps
    then shoulders 3 super sets db side laterals and front laterals then fascepulls3 sets.

    real sore sluggish need calories prot and rest need to weigh myself.

    still epitren has not come yet was told should come any day so looks like prob start logging next week.

    took my weight today weighed178 w3-/4lb of clothes after 2 meals
    so prob dry am 170-172lbs.

    I will try to weigh at work same scale with same amount or work clothes should labs coat slacks belt cell phone, change wallet etc etc.

    really now can't wait to start epi tren
    strength felt better today although really tired long week worked 6 days plus xtra clinet for pt

    bench press 1 board very strict form 225 x3 275 x 3 then to pin press at chest level of 1 board since no spotter 315 x 2 then to big of a jump to 340 I could not move it
    then 315 x 1 tried for a second nothing left
    then pause presses 185 x 3 225 x 3 245 x 3 all easy 245 had a lot left but no spot did not chance it def hadd at least 4 reps if not more even w/pause.

    have not had any supps other than fish oils prot powder or reg mulit vit or prostate sup
    since end of March 1st week April.

    still waiting for epi tren computer is down presently had to go to a store to post

    brief pre wt am 172-173

    1st time did deads conv in 2 months 315 x 4 easy but terrible sciatic nerve discomfort for 2 days
    pullups 5 sets 8 reps bw

    then bench 245 x 3 265 x 3 285 x3 all easy 300 x 2 just missed 3rd slightly below 1/2 way point and reps short pause

    then yestrday able to squat again deep squats up to 295 x2 3 sets w/plenty room for more reps legs sore today.

    planning pn powerlifting meet 2 months not 100% sure which one and in between 165 and 181
    feel should gain for 181 and use epi tren get leaner and if get lean enough bb end of year.

    finally got the epitren was out of town and computer down so have to go to various stores for a computer so apolgize for that.

    on 1 tab day
    post 1st workout could not believe pump will take a pic hope to have on soon.
    Started cutting carbs so felt a little week also did alot of driving this weekend 13 hours worth so that possibly affected me.

    chest and time limited,

    bench 250 x 7 or 8 lost count
    270 3 sets 6 reps last set def nothing left

    flex chest machine did not look at lbs but did for upper chest like a neck bench press
    4 sets 12-15 reps/.

    can wait to look at pics post 1-2 weeks on epitren!!!

    back day still no computer at home
    lat pulldowns to front 5 sets 10-12 reps f/u w/pullups not much energy as usall still 3sets 6 reps
    machine grip rows 4 sets 10 reps
    v grip close grip rows 4 sets 10 reps
    db shrugs 4 sets w/80-90 lb db 8 -10 reps

    need to keep going feeling better post workout.
