    getting better
    bench 245x 3 265 x 3 290 x4 wt about 172
    then shoulers tris

    legs yesterday
    squats 225 x 6 285 x 3 for 4 sets getting real deep then last set 285 x5 deep and had more but no spot
    good sign when getting stronger as workout goes a long and motivation was increasing to squat on a Friday evening when the gym was epmpty

    reverese hypers and leg ext and leg curls for assitance.

    need to get wt and new pics look much fuller shape getting better
    also cut out bread and pasta for 1 week.
    have to use other comptuers hope to have my computer back today
    can't wait for next workout.

    looking forward to posting a pic as soon as computer fixed still do not ahve it back yet.

    sore from heavy benching
    today also have a bad cold or allergies feel bad

    db bench w/u 40 lb then 65 x 8 80 x 8 95 x 10 and 95 x 8 reps felt very sore needed a day
    of not heavy benching
    incline bar bench 135 x10 185 6-8 3 sets
    then shoulders
    db side laterals 20 lb and 15 lb db to db shoulder press 35 lb db 3 sets 12-15 reps each set
    good sweat needed to go lighter and get some reps.

    Def starting to see a differnce look fuller and see some improveemts in lean.
    Also eating cleaner only 2 slices bread and was lo calorie kind in past 10 days.
    eat oats sweet potato brown rice for cho
    alot more fibrous veg
    and egg whites 1 yolk for every 3-4 whites and chick breast and had salmon over the weekend.

    unfortunately a few set backs computer fixed but need new monitor and then I needed to be fixed had a bad cold and needed to stay home from work took 2 days feel much better now.
    Took alook in mirror today but def working look much tighter already have to figure out how to get a pic on here without a computer. Anxious to see myfelf.
    diet was good clean until got sick and was not to bad but had chcik noodle soup, beef veggie
    been on 1000mg vitd and have the rest of supp at home, as well as zinc, and multivit
    tried to not go crazy w/juice due to sugar but needed it felt better w/it and lots of hot liquids,
    coffee and even jsut plain hot water. Today is last day much better and ready to get back in the gym.

    had a great day yesterday dieting wt about 173-174 pre food in am
    only had time to bench w/u to 225 x 8 245 x 10 265 x8 275 x6
    was wiped out had to go home to my son who just started kindergarten.

    feeling stronger and leaner hope to fix monitor soon so can post pics.

    wt dry in am up to 174
    bench yesterday w/ to 275 x5 305 x 2 1 forced rep 320 x 1 1 force rep
    db bench 50 x 20 65 x 15 80 x 15
    shoulders ss side laterals and front laterals 4 sets did not coutnr eps hope each set 10-12 reps definately burning alot w/sets 3 and 4. home.

    unfirtunately still no montir at home so can not send a pic in yet but look much tighter for sure wt up to 174-175 am and leaner so up 1-2 lbs in 2 weeks,
    was doing pullups this am and felt lighter but am heavier did 52 reps in 5 sets
    and abs appearing can see them holding some water.

    Was able to show pics to contest prep coach and he is tough and thinks I am ready to start diet for a meet 2-3 months away I feel need more time than that but can see how well epitren worked I am sold. I even feel better appetite is up too.

    sorry not posted in a few days still no working computer at home
    squats on Monday still sore on Thursday going deep but feel good
    reps w/285 and 305 bw 173 w/only shorts and socks, post a meal a couple of hours/

    Then benched yesterday w/u 255 x3 ez 280 x 1 ez 300 x 1 ez 315 x 1 ez then anotehr rep w/315
    pullups x 8 bw 2 sets then 2 sets w/chains over back prob about 20-30 lbs and 2 sets 6-8 reps
    feel strong as hell!!!

    since 48 prob going to do a masters powerlifting meet since wt in middle of classes going to bulk up to 181 then diet down and consider masters nats next year happy w/feel look need to clean up diet and still feel have good muscle shape esp upper body need to cont go heavier on legs.

    hopefull can get monitor soon so can post pics though looked ok fro me and for not dieting and limited cardio on for health reasons

    today did some odds and ends leg ext leg curls lying and standing, donkey calf raises.

    then biceps preacher barbell, db curls and hammer curls.

    yesterday

    sumo pulls u/p to 315 x 3 ez
    reverse hypers 23 sets 12 reps
    pullups 4 sets 8-10 reps
    abs leg raises upright on leg rasise machine.

    felt great.

    benched again for poss 2 bench powrlift contests in Nov

    bench 320 ez single at end of workout at bw 173-174 am
    I should ahve monitor soon so can post pics just feel thicker up top and leaner
    back today or tomorrow for sure.

    strong as hell so far squatting a lot of reps w/275 got total close to 20 reps on 3 sets
    benched 300x 4 bw 174 lbs early am should get a more current pic

    finally got computer fixed w/new monitor took a month.

    holy crap up to 176 in am pre meal can def get leaner in abs diet has not been great but abs looked better today have to my wife to take pic

    real strong pullups for reps 12-14 4 sets
    then sumo pulls did rows and pull ups earlier in week another day.

    went up to 335 for single was not hard but legs still sore from squats
    forgot to log since just got computer back 100% yesterday kind of like my body at times.

    leg ext 1st 4 sets 10 reps

    then squats w/u to 275 then through 3 sets totaled 19 reps this was Thursday
    still real sore. so trouble w/sumos needed to wait but schedule at times still a mess should have new pic soon.
