Could use a new training program
I'm really bored and during my workout I did some cardio exercises to break things up a bit in between my sets. Squats, medicine ball slams, abs, toe taps. Can I get some suggestions on a new training split please?

Go into the women's training journals and snoop around...everyone posts their workouts and splits!

My trainer and I have developed quite the fun super set combos... it takes a lot of discipline to push through them when you are on your own - but it makes the time go faster and I've honestly noticed more progress w/my workouts once we threw them in to each of my work outs. I can definitely say though- variety is key and changing things up every once in awhile is usually just enough to keep you moving!
