The Masters Nationals is my fave bodybuilding competition period. It's strong for both men & women. In fact, some years the women do better than the men. & the FBBs who go pro in the masters are more likely to use their pro cards.

There are no more Gold's here, now...LA Fitness has bought everything! It's awful.
I joined there when I moved here in November, but I've probably gone there a grand total of 20 times. I typically end up training in my condo's surprisingly well-stocked fitness center.
I'm getting ready to join Olympia in Aventura.
